We moved to lower floor of this home at the corner of College and Lyon. For a time my sister lived on the second floor. It was somewhat poorly maintained, but pleasant enough. One random event sticks with me. I was having a late lunch with a coworker at my house and we turned on TV almost just as the Network cut in that Elvis Presley was taken to a hospital and then died there. Also the house was across the street from what was then was the City Middle/High School building where both of our children would later go.
